About Michelle

With a foundation in integrative therapy, Michelle is guided by a client-centred intuitive counselling approach . Her sessions are tailored to meet the individual needs of the client. Michelle offers a variety of alternative therapeutic modalities such as regression therapy and manifestation techniques as well as more traditional theories, meeting the client where they are at. 

Offering one on one counselling session and Skype sessions. 

With over 10 years of experience, Michelle draws on different models, techniques and modalities including Solution-Focused, Mindfulness, Narrative Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Psychodynamic and Gestalt Therapy.

Michelle holds a safe and non-judgemental space to explore clients’ thoughts, feelings and behaviours in an empathic and straightforward manner. Michelle can help you overcome inhibiting loss, fears and anxieties that prevent you from achieving your goals. This will enable you to free up your energy and focus to make things happen in the way you want.

Qualifications

Michelle holds a Bachelor of Counselling, is a qualified drug and alcohol worker and a family domestic violence worker. She has been working with youth, teens, families and individuals to improve wellbeing, provide autonomy and regain confidence and self-esteem since 2008.

Michelle is a qualified yoga teacher who has been teaching groups, individuals, children and community members since 2009.
