Michelle believes that healing comes not only from gaining insight of ones thought processes and behaviours but also through a physical release from the body. It is important to let go of unwanted tension, stress, guilt, pain and sufferings harboured in the body and freeing oneself from the binds of these restrictions.
Through the physical practice of yoga, and by adding tools of positive psychology, such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness, one can tap into and recognise where negative energies sit within the body.
Yoga Therapy provides a space where one can begin to heal and reintegrate the self to find peace, love and acceptance.
